We are seeking two temporary staff members to support outbound calling and email outreach to dormant or unused customer accounts.
These are entry-level, process-driven roles focused on consistent execution rather than sales closing. The ideal candidates are comfortable working from scripts, making high-volume outbound calls, sending prewritten email templates, and accurately logging notes in a CRM system.
Here is what we are specifically looking for:
* Comfortable making 80-100+ outbound calls per day using a provided script
* Not afraid of rejection and able to stay upbeat and professional on the phone
* Detail-oriented and reliable about entering notes into a CRM (we use ACT)
* Able to follow defined processes and hand off qualified leads to sales reps
* Comfortable sending prewritten email templates and tracking responses
* Punctual, consistent, and dependable, this role requires steady daily presence
We are looking for organized, resilient, and process-oriented people who can help us expand our coverage and surface opportunities.
Ideal candidates:
* Have prior experience in call centers, customer outreach, inside sales support, or appointment setting
* Are comfortable working from scripts and systems
* Are dependable and consistent with attendance
